Can you please confirm that you have checked your iPad for any recent updates, as well as the Xfinity Stream app version being up to date? Can you also tell me any other troubleshooting steps you've attempted so far? Same problems here. Everything is good with internet, etc. It takes forever to download my recorded shows to the app and a few minutes in sometimes I have no volume.
